The booklet has been reproduced here as a PDF file and you will need to have a PDF reader to open it. The file is just over 1 mgb so it is quite big and will take a while to download if you do not have a fast connection. However, the booklet is so well put together and the images are so good we felt it would be worth the wait to see it as it is rather than retyping the text and loosing the images.
